Dr. Sun Memorial Hall in Macau was built in 1918, which is a building of Islamic Moresque style. The residence of Dr. Sun was used as the abode for his family. After the death of Mme. Sun, it was renamed as Father of the Republic Memorial Hall in 1958.
In the Hall, the decoration remains the same as original. The setting out are the cultural furniture and the articles he used when practicing medicine in Macau when he assumed Generalissimo in Guangzhou. Inside the Hall, there are authentic works and valuable photographs before his death. Beside the Memorial Hall is the garden where the Father used to sit in. A full-sized bronze statue is erected in the garden. On the statue four Chinese characters are inscribed which literally mean "The Whole World as One Community".
